The fill, made from shredded memory foam, eucalyptus and recycled polyester fiber can be adjusted to find the perfect height for you. Simply unzip the Organic Cotton cover and remove fill to create the perfect height and density of your pillow. Store the extra fill in a ziplock bag and add it as needed.
