  • Here's how it usually goes:

    We talk first. 

    Phil or Josh will ask you a few questions. How do you sleep, what position, any pain you're dealing with, what you've tried before. Just a conversation. Five minutes, maybe less.

    Then we narrow it down. 

    Based on what you tell us, we'll point you toward two or three options that make sense for you. Not the whole store. Just the ones worth your time.

    Then we step back. 

    Spend as long as you need on each one. Try your actual sleep position. We're not hovering. We're not timing you. Take a nap if you want.

    Then we talk again. 

    Questions, we're here. Ready to move forward, great.

    Nobody here works on commission. You'll work directly with the owners every time you come in. Our goal is to find you the right mattress, not the most expensive one.

You have 120 nights to make sure it's right. If something feels off, call us directly. Not a call center, not a form, just Phil or Josh. We'll figure it out together.

Most people are fitted and confident in about 20 minutes. Some stay longer because they want to. Either way, there's no rush.
